About Us

James D. Little Counseling

We have been providing substance abuse evaluations for clients to the Secretary of State, State of Michigan Circuit and District Courts and attorneys for more than 25 years.

Our professional services are directed toward providing the best possible outcomes for clients with a comprehensive clinical assessment. We have helped provide for clients: restoration of full driver's license, restricted driver's license and a comprehensive plan for continued support.

We have excellent working relationships with attorneys in the State of Michigan. Our referrals are often provided by attorneys who need a clinical assessment prior to a pre-trial hearing or prior to a sentencing in our district and circuit courts. We also work with parole and probation agencies in providing clinical assessments that will benefit clients on probation or parole. Drug Screens required by agencies or courts will be done in the privacy of my office using a 10 panel comprehensive screen with timely results that will be part of the clinical assessment.

  • Certified Evaluator with SASSI(Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory)
