Substance Abuse Evaluations for Michigan Driver's License Reinstatements

I provide an all inclusive substance abuse evaluation for driver’s license reinstatements. My evaluation will include:

1. Secretary of State Substance Abuse Evaluation
2. Substance Use Clinical Addendum
3. Testing Instrument (SASSI test) Testing instruments are required in the evaluation
4. Drug Screen
5. Recommendations
6. Referrals to appropriate resources in the community

Substance abuse evaluations are always scheduled at the convenience of the client. My evaluations are always done with strict confidentiality between the client and myself. Evaluations are always intended to provide for the client the best outcome for the Secretary of State Hearing.

Out of state applicants will be provided the necessary documentation for those applying for reinstatement of their Michigan drivers license . I will work with individuals and their attorneys in a professional, time sensitive manner that will provide for them the best possible outcome for reinstatement of their license. I also will be available as an expert witness in a Secretary of State License Appeal Hearing if it is in the best interest of the client.
